Living in a small town, Matt and Olivia always knew of each other. Whether it was through Olivia and his sister performing “Stuck Like Glue” together in elementary school, Matthew and his brother being in her mom’s Sunday School class, or seeing each other at local sporting events throughout grade school, there has always been an invisible string connecting them. However, the two didn’t official date until they played on their high school bowling team together in 2016.

Matt surprised Olivia with a proposal after sending her on a shopping spree with her best friend, mom, and granny! When Olivia came back to the pole barn they had worked years on turning into a home, Matt was in the living room on one knee. Surrounding him were hundreds of photos of the couple, string lights, and candles. Talk about something straight out of a movie!
