FAQs

Question

Will you be livestreaming your wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be happily livestreaming our ceremony for overseas and out-of-state guests who are unable to celebrate with us in person.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 18th (right here on our website)! This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us. We have blocked rooms at two hotels within walking distance of the venue. These will be located under the "Travel" tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book with a discounted group code.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the church will open to guests at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving to the church by at least 4:30 PM to ensure you have enough time to find parking, walk to the chapel, collect your program, and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. Please note: we encourage all guests to sit on either side of the aisle during the ceremony. We're all family once the knot is tied!

Question

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venues?

Answer

If you are staying at one of our reserved hotels, one large shuttle will be provided from both hotels to the church at 4:00 PM (please be on time)! Expect the shuttle to arrive to either hotel anywhere from 4:00-4:15 PM. This shuttle will make a return trip to Ellis Preserve for Cocktail Hour immediately following the ceremony. Following the reception at the end of the night, a final shuttle is available from 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM to bring guests back to either hotel. Please reference our "Travel" tab for more detailed information :)

Question

Is there parking available at your ceremony?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of both venues, a limited number of parking spots will be reserved on W. Miner St. near the church. Additionally, there is a public parking lot further down W. Miner St., as well as the parking garage for the Justice Center and the parking garage on High St. Please keep in mind, there will be parking meters for street parking and in the parking lot. Please reference our "Travel" tab for more detailed information :)

Question

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Come dance the night away with us wearing Summer Cocktail Attire. Think smart clothing, like a suit or dress shirt and tie, knee-length and maxi dresses, and dressy pantsuits. Any color is fine - the more florals and bright colors, the better! We kindly ask you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers (or the color white).

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

The name of every guest invited to our wedding will be listed on your invitation/RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Children are welcome, and they will be listed on your invitation if invited - just let us know if you're bringing them or having a night off! Please be advised our venue requests all children under the age of 12 are closely supervised by their parents and/or guardians all evening.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We plan on having an entree choice that's vegetarian to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Our cocktail hour appetizers will also all be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in your RSVP or text Dan or Kendall. We want you to feel comfortable and well-fed!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be two open bars for guests to enjoy throughout the entire night.

Question

I have more questions about your wedding. Who can I contact?

Answer
