Answer

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:30.

Question

How will I get to/from the venue?

Answer

The venue is located about 30 minutes outside of Portland. While getting a rideshare to the venue should not be a problem, it may be difficult to request an Uber or Lyft home from the venue due to a lack of drivers in the area. Because of that, we are arranging a 56-person luxury shuttle to and from the venue that will make stops at both of our recommended hotels. Regardless of your accommodation, rideshare can be arranged from the dropoff point. An RSVP for the shuttle has been added to the website as of 4/15/2026 - please RSVP as soon as you can so we can have an idea of demand. If the shuttle times don't work for you or you miss the RSVP, please plan on carpooling or scheduling rideshare in advance. The pickup times are as follows (subject to change - check here for updates.) Jupiter Hotel: 2:45-3:00 pm Hilton Garden Inn- Wilsonville: 3:35-3:45 PM End of Ceremony pickup: 10:00-10:15 PM

Question

I want to see the city! What can I do in Portland?

Answer

Portland is known for it's amazing access to the outdoors, excellent restaurants, and bustling commercial areas. Hikes: For a nice walk in the city, I would check out this page: https://www.portland.gov/transportation/walking-biking-transit-safety/suggested-walks We are partial to the riverfront walk and the more challenging NW Stairs and Trails walk, but each of them showcases a different aspect of the beautiful city. For those that are renting a car and are willing to venture a bit outside the city, the trail of ten falls is a moderate hike that features, as the name implies, 10(!!) waterfalls to look at. The steep and challenging hike to the Angels Rest Lookout is very much worth the effort as it features some absolutely incredible views of the Columbia River Gorge. Food: If you've never been to a Portland food truck pod, this is your chance! For my money, the best among them is Cartopia, on Hawthorne. The Brooklyn Carreta, and the Mississippi Marketplace are also legendary picks, the latter featuring the world-famous Matt's Barbeque (for the BBQ fusion-curious, they also have a barbeque taco truck in SE Portland, and a much applauded Thai-BBQ fusion restaurant called "Eem" in the Mississippi neighborhood.) Craving something specific? Let us know - there are simply too many excellent restaurants to list here, but we do have recs!
