As told by David: After graduating from WKU, I moved to Charlotte to begin my first post grad job at Tom James in 2016. First week orientation for all new sales people was in Nashville, TN. While waiting (hungover) in the airport at 8AM for my flight to Nashville, Nicole decided to walk up to me to see if I was the other new hire flying out of Charlotte. As much as I tried to blow off the conversation, since I was in no shape to talk to anyone, Nicole wouldn't back down. We spent the next six hours talking, eating, and coming up with practical jokes to tell our boss. Eventually at one point, thinking I was smooth, I told Nicole, "One day you'll fall in love with me. Everyone does." It took two years of trying and finally in 2018, Nicole finally agreed to go on a date with me.
