Buddy's Pizza
We are AVID lovers of Detroit-style deep-dish pizza and this is always our favorite place to stop by before any sporting event or concert! Our Go-To Favorite: The Greektown Pizza with dressing on the side & Buddy Bread!
Pegasus Taverna
If you are in the mood for Greek food; this is the place to go! This is our go-to when we are in Greektown, you can never go wrong when you go to Pegasus. And if you are lucky, you might even run into our favorite local artist 'Sunny'! Our Favorite: Saganaki to start and Lamb Gyro for the main entree!
Lafayette Coney Island
It is a long-standing Detroit tradition to try Lafayette's Coney and American's Coney and then pledge your unwavering loyalty to one. Zac and I are a Lafayette family!! So if you are in the mood for a (true) coney dog- Lafayette is the place for you! PS If you choose American's we cannot guarantee your seat at the wedding... JUST KIDDING.. kinda ;)
Grand Trunk Pub

Checker Bar Detroit
Our favorite thing about Checker's (other than the pizza) is the arcade on the top floor! It is filled with old pinball machines and old-school arcade games. This is usually our spot to end the night with some arcade games and food! Our Favorite: The Pep Pep (Pepperoni Pizza)!
Detroiter Bar
This is one of our go-to places for a burger and drink! This place definitely is a hidden gem in Greektown when it comes to food! Our Go-To Favorite: The Detroiter House Special (A Cheeseburger with a draft beer or cider on tap!)
Shelby
This is our favorite speakeasy! They have great drinks, shareable, and sweets! When you go down tell the barista that you are here to see 'Shleby' and they will escort you to the back! The Skip
This is one of our first stops when heading downtown! We love the fun fruity drinks and the liveliness of The Skip! Lexie's Favorite: Little Pigeon Zac's Favorite: Skip Old Fashioned
The Brakeman
This was one of the 1st bars we ever went to when we first visited downtown. We love the rotating cocktails and beers they have on tap! Attached is Penny Red’s (which serves amazing fried chicken)! We love The Brakeman!
Grand River Ball Room
This is a combination of Shelby's and Checker's! It is located in the basement of another bar and it is filled with pinball machines, skeeball, and other arcade games! There is also a pizza place at the top and it is to die for. It is always a great place to stop by during the night!
