Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. For those who wish to give a gift, we have chosen to create a cash fund to help us start this next chapter together and plan our honeymoon. Please know that gifts are never expected, only appreciated.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 2nd 2026. If you do not RSVP on time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so be ready to celebrate!

Where Should I Stay For The Weekend?

We’re so grateful you’re travelling to celebrate with us! Please visit our Accommodation page to view nearby hotel options. We have reserved a block of rooms at The Stone Willow Inn for our guests—be sure to book by May 12, 2026, to take advantage of the discounted rate.

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated on time.

There is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots on the property.

I'm Having Issues Booking My Room

If you experience any issues while booking with The Stone Willow Inn or need assistance reserving multiple rooms at once, please feel free to call them directly at 519-566-5819. They’ll be happy to help! Just be sure to provide your booking date and our booking code when you call.

Where Will The Celebrations Take Place?

Our ceremony and reception will both take place in The Hideaway, located at St. Mary's Golf & Country Club. This will be an indoor/outdoor celebration.

Can I Leave My Car At The Venue Overnight?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to leave your car at the venue overnight if needed. You can pick it up the following day.
