Has a group flight been arranged?
Answer
Yes! The Delta flight will leave NYC (JFK) on Friday, July 16th, at 9:30 p.m. This will allow us to arrive in Rome, Italy on Saturday, July 17th at 10:00 a.m. Please call Matt at Matty K Group Travel at 516-111-1111 to reserve your seat! *Note: We have not arranged a group return flight. We understand that many of you may be interested in staying in Europe even after the wedding! Plan your return to the U.S. for whenever you're ready. :)

How will we get from the Rome Airport to the VIlla?
Answer
We have arranged a shuttle service that will transport the group to the VIlla upon arrival. Villa Baroncino is about 2 hours from Rome, so be sure to stretch your legs at the airport!

How long are we staying at the Villa?
Answer
Your stay at Villa Baroncino is complementary from July 17, 2021, through July 24th, 2021.

Will meals be provided?
Answer
Kind of! Breakfast will be served every day at VIlla Baroncino from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We have also arranged for a few meals to be served at the Villa in addition to the reception on July 20. We didn't want anyone to feel obligated to stay at the Villa, so be sure to bring some extra cash to eat while you are exploring Italy!

How can we access transportation for off-site exploring?
Answer
Great question! Hertz and Avis Rental Car have offices set up at the Rome Airport. You can call ahead and reserve a car, or you may rent one upon our arrival in Italy! Keep in mind, we will also be renting a large bus for a few scheduled excursions throughout the course of the week.. compliments of the bride and groom!

In the case of an emergency, is there a nearby medical center we can access?
Answer
Our fingers are crossed that this will not be the case, however the closest emergency room is in the town of Perugia, about 20 minutes away from the Villa.
