Alyssa joined Dalton Agency in February 2022 as a social media manager in Atlanta, working on the same team as Evan in Jacksonville. They quickly connected over a shared client, and Slack messages turned into daily conversations about life, favorite things, and of course…Lady. When Alyssa visited the Jacksonville office that July, they met in person and instantly felt the connection. After hours of talking post–happy hour, they knew this was something special. What followed was months of flights, FaceTimes, and long weekends back and forth until Alyssa moved to Jacksonville in September 2023, ending long distance. They kept their relationship quiet at work until Alyssa left Dalton in February 2025. By then, most people suspected—and on September 2, 2025, Evan made it official with a proposal on the Amalfi Coast in Italy.
