Semi formal, be comfortable! Men: Wear a tie and a jacket if you'd like, or a more casual wedding look! No Jeans please! Women: Keep in mind you will be walking on grass and pathways!

Rain or shine! Bring an umbrella! Our party will be under a large tent!

We kindly ask that our guests be fully present and put away their cameras during the ceremony. Our talented professional photographers will beautifully capture every precious moment, allowing you to relax and immerse yourself in our special day. Feel free to discretely take some videos of the ceremony and plenty of photos and videos of the party!

Yes! We're delighted to welcome children to our wedding celebration and can't wait to share this special day with families of all ages.

Can I drive from Pittsburgh to the Heron and back in one day?Can I drive from Pittsburgh to the Heron and back in one day?

Answer

Yes! It is about a 2.5 hour drive each way. We do it quite often for events at the Heron. Please plan on a designated driver if you choose to do this. The wedding starts at 4:30 and food at 5:30. You can eat and celebrate and make it home by 11:00 if you want!
