Please reach out to us if you are hoping to book at the 1 Hotel! As of right now, we don’t believe we have enough people staying here for a group rate. But, if enough folks reach out to ask, we can go back to the hotel and request (note - we need at least 8 rooms reserved for our guests to qualify for a room block discount).
“Land” could potentially be pork (Eric’s current top choice prior to our tasting). “Sea” will be a white fish (halibut or branzino).
Green
This is a tough topic. Reach out if any issues as we are happy to talk through, but we are trying to protect older family members, some immunocompromised. We will continue to evaluate, but we are requesting guests at least: 1) Please stay home if you feel symptoms (even if generally mild / rapid tests are negative - as those can be inaccurate). If PCR tests are also negative (when symptomatic / within few days of wedding), use your best judgment depending on recent exposure to COVID. 2) We are asking all guests take a PCR test the week before the wedding (negative results received ahead of attendance). Please let us know if this is difficult to achieve/afford and we can help coordinate or figure out an alternative. 3) Please let us know if you are and will be unvaccinated as of the date of our wedding. We know this is a personal decision and respect that it is, but may want to coordinate further on certain areas with individuals who have made that choice.
Yes please. And please do especially if recent (to confirm you are now testing negative before attending the wedding).
For now, we are not requiring that guests wear masks, though you are welcome to wear a mask if you would like to (certain of our family members may choose to wear a mask for instance). This may change depending on various factors such as case count in NY/TX/CA (where most of our guests are from) leading into the wedding. If we make a change last minute, we will try to provide spare masks at the welcome table for those who forget.
