Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony at St. Cyril and Methodius will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive between 2:30 and 2:45 pm. Seating will be mixed, so feel free to sit on either side of the aisle! The reception at Cog Hill will begin with a cocktail hour at 6:00 pm, and dinner will be served at 7:00 pm.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There are multiple parking lots available at the church, or you may park where permitted on the surrounding streets. There is plenty of parking available at the reception venue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal/black‑tie optional. Guests are welcome to wear tuxedos and floor‑length gowns, but a suit or a formal cocktail or midi dress is equally appropriate.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but to keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to include the children of our closest family. If your children are included in the invitation, they are invited. If not, please enjoy this as a parents' night out and get ready to dance!

Question

How do I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation may bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will have a meal option that is vegetarian friendly but if you need a special accommodation for allergies or other restrictions, you can let us know when you RSVP. You can also feel free to e-mail us at nefftumblin@gmail.com to talk specifics!

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

To honor the reverence of our Catholic ceremony, please ensure that phones stay in pockets and purses during the ceremony. Additionally, our photographer and videographer will be capturing the moment, and we'd like to keep our photos phone-free. Thank you so much!

Question

Can guests post photos on social media?

Answer

Of course! We'd love for you to use our wedding hashtag #tumblindowntheaisle

Question

How can we share our photos with the couple?

Answer

We want to see any and all photos you took during our special weekend! Please e-mail us any photos at nefftumblin@gmail.com or upload photos to our Google Photo Album here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/usbtDdGNSjxcTkgo7
