We're finally getting married!

Our story actually starts alllll the way back in 2011, as band season was wrapping up. Although Catherine and Greg had a few mutual friends, they somehow never really crossed paths—until a handful of casual get togethers when a quiet kid everyone called “Smiles” started to stand out. Fast forward to the 2012 indoor percussion season, when Catherine was asked to join as a last minute addition. Suddenly, she and Greg found themselves spending a lot more time together. After many long practices and a little curiosity, it became clear that the quiet kid who sat there smiling at everyone wasn’t so quiet after all. Endless texting followed, along with sneaking in time together whenever practice allowed. Wildwood weekend finally arrived. Catherine (of course) made the first move, and just a few weeks later Greg officially asked her out—in true high school fashion—in the bus lot. From that moment on, the rest was history. Since then, they’ve grown together through every phase of life: high school, college, graduate school, becoming homeowners, and eventually wedding planning. After thirteen and a half years (4,893 days, but who’s counting?), Greg finally popped the question on a long awaited trip to the Finger Lakes—proving once again that he does everything on “Greg time,” despite everyone else’s advice. Now, Catherine and Greg are beyond excited to finally say “I do” and celebrate a day that has been a long time coming. They’re so grateful to be surrounded by the friends and family who have supported them every step of the way and can’t wait to share this special day with you.
