No dress code, casual wear is fine!

Is there a dress code for the wedding day on the 30th?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is Semi-Formal. A tea-length or midi dress, or a chic pantsuit would go perfectly for women! Men should opt for a dress shirt and slacks with a suit or tie as an optional accessory. Just stay classy and polished but don't overdo your look!

Do I need a visa to enter Bali (Indonesia)?

Answer

For U.S. and Taiwan citizens, there are two ways to apply visa-on-arrival: Visa-on-Arrival: If you meet the requirements, you can apply for a visa on arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. To apply for the visa on arrival, you must have an ordinary (non-emergency) passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date you plan to enter and the date you plan to leave Indonesia and a return or onward flight booking to another country. There is a 500,000 Indonesian Rupiah fee (about USD35). The visa on arrival is valid for up to 30 days. Electronic Visa-On-Arrival: You may also apply for an electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) in advance if you are entering Indonesia at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. Check the e-VOA requirements from Indonesian Immigration before applying. To apply for an e-VOA see (https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/).

Is there an airport pickup service on our arrival? How do we find our driver?

we will schedule drivers to pick your group up from the airport. Drivers will wait for you at the airport arrival lobby, please look for your name and our hashtag #TUgetherANytime. Please provide your flight itinerary and your next destination/hotel to the host, the driver will take you straight to it.

Following transportation services are provided: - Airport pickup service for all guests on arrival in Bali - Car service for guests switching to a nearby hotel on 7/29 - Round trip transportation to El Kabron on 7/29 - Round trip transportation to Alila Uluwatu on 7/30 - Car service to airport for guests departing from Bali on 7/31 - Car service to next destination for guests staying in Bali on 7/31 *Please provide the above information to the hosts, including your flight itinerary and accommodation. Where is the wedding ceremony venue located in Alila? And how do we get to it?

Answer

For friends who are not staying at Alila with us, we will arrange drivers to pick you up from where you are staying to our venue. And for guests who are staying at Alila, there will be hotel electric buggies to pick you up from your villa to the ceremony venue, or you could also walk to it (not that far!), there will be signs to guild you to the right place.
