Yes, there will transportation to and from the venue. The bus will be picking up at the hotel at 4:45pm sharp and leaving the venue at 11:15pm.
As we enter the initial green phase: -Venues are limited to 75% total venue capacity to allow spacing between tables. With the additional tented area this allows for 175-200 guests(depending upon layout/floor plan) to allow for ample spacing. -Maximum of 6 guests per table. -Bands are permitted but must be at least 6’ away from guests. -Dance floors permitted with social distancing between household groups -Food displays/buffets must be staff attended (no self-service) -Event staff/ photographers masked -No shared items on guest tables (salt & pepper shakers/ bread baskets) -Physical distancing in food lines and bathrooms -Guest List with Name and city, state of origin on file with venue. -Guests requested to wear mask as they enter INSIDE the building & when using restrooms (No masks needed while eating or drinking or outside) -No Valet Parking-we will have a parking attendant to direct cars, at events where it would be needed
Other things we are doing: - Dedicated restroom attendant to sanitize between guests - No reuse of bar glasses (clean glass each drink) plastic bar ware available on request, individually paper wrapped straws - Additional tented outdoor multi use space connected to the ballroom (can be used for cocktail space, Dancing area, ceremony space in case of inclement weather etc) -Plexi guards at bar service areas and food displays - Designated sanitation captain on duty all evening to ensure constant disinfection of all multi touch points - serve Safe Covid awareness certificate for all staff members -Full disinfection and cleaning of all public spaces before each event. - Passed hors d’oeuvres will roll out with creative/tasteful increased protections to limit guest touch points. - Strict handwashing policy requiring all employees to practice frequent and thorough handwashing.
