FAQs

Question

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony area is outdoors but we have a rain plan. Our reception area is outdoors with full overhead coverage.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 5:00 pm. This is also when the shuttle from the Fairfield Inn in Columbia is expected to drop off guests. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm, so arriving at 5:00 will give you plenty of time to get settled. Please check back closer to the wedding date for any updates to the schedule.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space and our wish to keep the day intimate, we kindly ask that you only bring a plus one if it is listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, only children who are listed on your invitation are invited!

Question

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to space and the number of out-of-town guests, we are only able to accommodate the bridal party, parents, and grandparents.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal! For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are perfect. No shades of white please! For men, slacks with a button down or a suit are great. We want everyone to feel polished but comfortable. No tuxes or evening gowns needed, but please avoid any casual wear like jeans and tees.

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Absolutely! Dinner and drinks are on us!

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Check under the travel tab for more information.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There's plenty of free on-site parking at the venue. There is a lot off of Mooresville Hwy that you will be directed to.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Because ride shares may be limited in Lewisburg, we will provide a shuttle running between the hotel and the venue. Check the travel tab for details.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our day, so please no photos during the ceremony. You are welcome to photograph during the reception!
