The ceremony will start at 4:30 so we recommend getting to the venue by 4:00 to ensure you will be able to watch us say "I do!"
While we LOVE your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us and have a fun-filled night!
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation and RSVP due to space and guest list limit.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses(floor- length or midi-length), a suit and tie, or a sports coat. We ask no jeans, please!
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour on the second floor of the building.
The DoubleTree by Hilton is only 0.3 miles away and newly renovated!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors on the third floor of the Record Box. Cocktail hour will be on the second floor. Please note- there is an elevator from the first floor to the third floor for guests who would prefer not to use the stairs. These guests are welcome to stay on the third floor during cocktail hour. There will be ushers helping guests find their way around the venue.
Yes! The Record Box Loft has free parking for guests to use during the wedding.
