What time should I arrive?

Answer

Los Willows Estate gates open at 4 in the afternoon. We recommend that you arrive early enough to allow yourself time to enjoy the gorgeous grounds and entertainment. Champagne & refreshments will be served upon guest arrival. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5. Please do not arrive late as we will be unable to seat you once the proceedings have begun. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional. You can wear a tuxedo or a floor-length evening gown, but a dark suit with dress pants and nice loafers would be acceptable too. Similarly, a midi or knee-length cocktail dress would also be appropriate instead of a floor-length gown. Neon colors and emerald green are not preferred.

Will cocktail hour, the ceremony, and the reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Cocktail hour will take place outdoors with space both shaded and in direct sunlight. We expect the early evening to be warm. The ceremony space is in a shaded meadow that has a lovely breeze. The reception space is both indoor and outdoors. Fallbrook, California can get chilly in October evenings. We recommend bringing a jacket or shawl. The reception space can be enclosed and has both A/C and heat as needed.

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture our ceremony so that you can sit back and relax. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding. The greatest gift you can give us is to be truly present, so please turn off all phones and cameras and enjoy our special moment with us.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

For guests who will be driving themselves, we have a parking lot at the bottom of the hill on the property. We have a shuttle service to take you to the venue entrance. Although the ride is brief, please enjoy the gorgeous view along the way. Champagne & refreshments await your arrival.
