Great News! Except for a few children and one guest (who will all get tested before the wedding), everyone attending our wedding weekend is fully vaccinated! While the CDC says fully vaxxed folks don’t need to mask up indoors, we realize our wedding will occur when most guests are in the early stages of getting used to unmasked environments. We want to respect those who wish to maintain existing safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. The Welcome Party will occur in an indoor/outdoor space, so we ask you to please keep your mask on when you are inside. Even though our Wedding Day will be a reliably vaxxed event held almost entirely outdoors, we ask you to wear masks when interacting with kids and when you are indoors near other guests and staff. We also ask that our guests wear masks when entering businesses & public places in Paso Robles outside of the weekend’s scheduled wedding activities.
It pains us to say this, but we've decided to make this an adults-only wedding. The only kids at the wedding are part of the wedding ceremony. We know this will come as a disappointment to some of our guests and we are sorry, but after lots of consideration, we believe this decision is the best one.
Yes!!! Even though the Big Day is an adults-only event, we really want to see you and your whole family at the Welcome Party. While Tin City caters to wine-loving adults, kids are enthusiastically invited to our Welcome Party. We will have kids games and surprises at the ready.
The Welcome party is at Field Recordings Winery 3070 Limestone Way Suite C, Paso Robles, CA 93446 Field Recordings is located in Tin City, a quick 10-minute drive from downtown Paso Robles. Directions to Field Recordings: https://goo.gl/maps/AoMeqquRTYniAhgM7 While there's plenty of free parking at Tin City, we strongly encourage guests who will be drinking to take a rideshare or taxi.
If you are planning on driving to the wedding, please plan to arrive before 4:30pm because we need to close the entrance road for the ceremony to take place uninterrupted. The Fableist is in a rural area in Templeton surrounded by vineyards. The entrance is easy to miss, so when you get close to the venue, keep your eyes peeled for signs directing you to the wedding. There’s ample free parking in a secure lot at the venue, and it’s ok to leave your car overnight and retrieve it on Sunday morning if you need to do so. It is possible to take a cab, Uber, or Lyft to The Fableist. Still, we do not recommend relying on these services for your ride home at the end of the night because the wedding is in a remote location. It will be nearly impossible to call a car. We strongly recommend using the shuttle service we are providing guests to get to and from the wedding.
We strongly encourage guests, especially those planning on drinking, to take the wedding shuttle we’ve chartered, run by SLO Safe Rides. The shuttle will pick guests up at The Wal Mart Park and Ride Lot 180 Niblick Rd, Paso Robles, CA 93446. Parking is plentiful and free. Look for the shuttle with the Tucker and Mitchell Wedding sign. The shuttle will depart the Park and Ride lot at 3pm and 4pm. The return shuttle will leave the wedding venue for the Park and Ride lot at 9pm and 10pm. All passengers will be required to wear masks while on the shuttle.
We've created a virtual ceremony for guests who couldn't make it to the wedding. Here's the Zoom link and password: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84150672657?pwd=TTgvTlNBS2hnNGNPR0xTVGpWbXUzUT09 Meeting ID: 84150672657 Password: 992589 Anyone can also watch the ceremony on this website using this link: https://www.zola.com/wedding/tuckerandmitch/virtual/ZGLjAwH0ZD We are so excited to be able to have guests virtually present at our wedding ceremony. Please feel free to facetime us during the reception using the phone numbers in the virtual ceremony invite you should have received via email recently.
We are asking guests to refrain from using their phones/taking pictures during the wedding ceremony. A few designated guests and our hired photographers will be sure to capture the whole thing. We DO enthusiastically want you to take pictures and videos during the Welcome Party, Pre-Ceremony Celebration, Cocktail Hour, and of course, the Reception. If you choose to upload to social media, please use the hashtag #tuckerandmitch2021
We’ve found an easy way to gather and share everyone’s photos and videos of the wedding weekend. You don’t need to download an app or sign in to anything. All you have to do is: Go to https://weduploader.com/upload/jKuchjzVE5VVV3t8 or scan the QR code in the Photos section of this website. The Wed Uploader site will open and you simply click “Choose Files” and upload your photos or videos. They will be stored in our secure Google Drive folder and we will share this folder with our guests after the wedding. Hopefully, this will make sharing photos fun, fast, and easy.
