We ask that you RSVP by July 5, 2025. This will ensure an accurate headcount for our vendors. Unfortunately, accommodations will not be made for those who do not RSVP by the deadline.
We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:00 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM.
We do love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your formal invitation and RSVP, this is an adults only event. We would love our guests to use this event as a weekend getaway.
The ceremony will be outdoors with umbrellas and fans. There will be a lovely cocktail hour that takes place on a shaded lawn. Dinner and reception will be indoors.
We would love to see our guests dressed up in cocktail attire. Ladies think midi/floor length dresses. Shorter dresses can be worn, but please keep them tasteful. Men think button-down shirts with nice dress pants. Sport coats and ties are recommended, but not required as it will be warm outside. Please refrain from wearing jeans, denim, or white. Keep in mind it will be August in Georgia, so breathable material is recommended :)
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
There will be transportation provided between the ceremony site and Helen, GA. Please let us know if you will be taking the shuttle when you RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount for our wonderful vendor! Should you drive, there is parking available at the venue.
We have a room block reserved at the Fairfield Inn and Holiday Inn in Helen, GA. However, you are more than welcome to stay in another hotel or AirBNB. Scroll over to the "Travel" tab for more information. We recommend booking a hotel in Helen for Thursday and/or Friday night. Then Saturday venturing back to Atlanta to explore the city. We recommend getting a hotel in either Decatur, Inman Park, or Druid Hills, this will make it easier to get to back to the airport on which ever day you decide to leave. :)
We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture the moments of the ceremony. We ask that everyone refrain from taking pictures as we would like for everyone to be fully present during this moment. After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take and share as many pictures as you would like!
