What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Please keep an eye on the weather and plan to bring a warm jacket in the event the weather is on the chillier side.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm so please plan to arrive prior to this with time for finding a seat, etc.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No, there is no parking available at our ceremony/reception venue. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: We will have a shuttle departing from The DoubleTree at 2:30pm and 3:00pm. This shuttle will also make a stop at The Homewood Suites and depart for The White Room at 2:45pm. This will be the ONLY stop at The Homewood Suites. At the end of the evening we will have a continuous shuttle from the venue to the two hotels beginning at 9:30pm.
