At the VERY latest, we need an RSVP by June 18th, 2023. We need to know an exact number of people for the food, chairs, etc.
In the past few years, around August 18th the weather is about 88.3° at 5:00pm with about 5-10mph winds and clear skies. We recommend checking the weather the day before you leave, just in case! In Florida, the weather changes moment to moment! https://30a.com/beachflag/ Check here ^ for flag/beach conditions
As airlines have gotten crazier and crazier, we suggest leaving NO LATER than Wednesday, August 16th (if flying, the 15th if driving), to give yourself time to settle in and a day cushion in case flights get delayed. Additionally, as this is a destination wedding, we hope that you will use this opportunity to turn the trip into a vacation for you and your significant other/family.

Wear Sunscreen when you go to the Beach before the wedding-no raccoon eyes!!! If you choose to wear a tie, we suggest wearing a tie clip to keep your tie under control, beach wind can be unpredictable Wearing shoes on the beach, especially high heels and sandals makes walking incredibly difficult and uncomfortable--go barefoot! :) We will have a station for you to leave your shoes once you get to the beach!
