FAQs

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “will NOT attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you’ve already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not make it, please notify Nick or Mackenzie as soon as possible.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our venue isn’t built for tiny dance parties (and the activities are more champagne than crayons). A few kids will join us, and your RSVP will note if your children are included. If they aren’t listed and you’d still need to bring them in order to attend, please reach out to us — we’d love to work something out so you can celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Answer

We have reserved plus ones for specific individuals. If you would like to bring a plus one and do not already have one assigned when you RSVP, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate your request. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking at the venue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate with you! Our wedding dress code is formal. We invite women to wear a long evening gown and men to wear a suit and tie. The bridesmaids will be wearing sage green so we kindly ask you to avoid that color along with white.

Question

Will there be meal options?

Answer

Yes, meal options will open up closer to the wedding. We will send out a notification when it opens and you’ll be able to access it through the RSVP page.

Question

Will drinks be provided at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Question

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on a terrace overlooking Tampa Bay. To ensure your comfort, the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors at the same venue, in a fully air-conditioned space. We will have access to the terrace all evening.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! You’re more than welcome to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception afterward!
