Answer

Please RSVP by September 27, 2024, to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. All invited members will be included on RSVP page. If you need to change your RSVP, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Nhi or Tu!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children to a wedding?

Answer

While we love all the children of our friends and family, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children not specifically listed on the RSVP form.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

For those who have never attended a Vietnamese wedding, giving monetary gifts is a sign of wishing the couple prosperity, health, and happiness. In place of a registry, we prefer the Vietnamese custom of monetary gift inside of a red envelope, called Li Xi. If you would like a red envelope, there will be extras by the cardbox at the venue. Thank you for helping us uphold this tradition and being a part of our big day!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:45 pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm.

Question

How far is the wedding venue from the hotel?

Answer

Both of our hotel blocks–TownePlace Suites by Marriott Gainesville Northwest and Hotel La Quinta by Wyndham Gainesville–are within 15 minutes of the venue.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking will be available at the wedding venue.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in a covered area, and the reception will be indoors. Both will be held at the same venue, so there's not need to worry about moving locations.

Question

Will food and drinks be provided at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We want your bellies full before we hit that dance floor together. There will be appetizers followed by an 8-course meal after the cocktail hour.

Question

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Of course! There will be an open bar. Please note that the venue will not serve shots of alcohol.
