Due to capacity limitations, we will only be able to accommodate those named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, the ceremony and reception are strictly adult-only events with exception to those in our wedding party. However, children are permitted to stay at the resort and are more than welcome to join in any pre- or post-wedding festivities. The resort does offer on-site childcare services. If this is something you are interested in, you can find the childcare service request form in our Wedding Guest Share Folder (QR code is on the Home page).
We will be hosting our wedding events at the Avani + Khao Lak Resort in Phang Nga, Thailand. You're welcome to stay anywhere in the nearby area; however, we do recommend you stay at the resort for convenience. We have rooms blocked out for our guests at a special rate. To access the resort's site, check out our Travel page. To reserve a room within our guest block, you will need to download and complete the Avani+Khao Lak Reservation Form in our Wedding Guest Share Folder, accessible from this link (or by scanning the QR code on our Home page): https://bit.ly/LeEnWedding. Then email it to the email addresses as indicated on the form. In order to take advantage of our group rate, please book by March 31, 2026.
The group rate is inclusive of breakfast buffet and all taxes and service charges. Booking directly through the hotel site will not guarantee you this same offer so please book by March 31, 2026 so you can get the best rate!
From Phuket International Airport to the resort, it takes approximately one hour by car. You can opt to book a shuttle to and from the airport (THB 2000/~$62 one way), provided by the resort (this request is included in the booking form, but can also be made at a later time, after room booking). As each transportation booking can accommodate up to 6 passengers, we recommend sharing the ride/splitting the cost with other guests arriving/departing around the same time. If you plan on sharing transport with other guests, please indicate this and include their name(s) in the email when you submit your booking form to the hotel. If you are interested in ride sharing with other guests, but do not have anyone in mind, complete the Transportation Carpool survey in the Wedding Guest Share Folder and we can match you with others arriving/departing around the same time as you. If you choose NOT to book transportation through the hotel, there are taxis and ride shares (Grab, Bolt, InDrive) available at the airport upon arrival at varying price points. You may need to negotiate to receive a fair rate. It’s always recommended if using a taxi, to ensure that it’s metered. Drivers that offer a flat rate, will often try to overcharge tourists.
Get ready for a tropical celebration! We will be hosting our wedding during Thailand's green season, which has an increased possibility for intermittent rain showers. Consider wearing fabrics that are quick-dry and breathable. Dress code: Tropical Chic. Think flowing dresses, linen shirts, and bright colors. Come classy, but comfortable. Feel free to coordinate with our wedding palette (see top of this page).
No. Neither of the brides will be wearing a white dress so you shouldn't either, but thank you for asking.
Weather-permitting, the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. The karaoke afterparty will be held indoors to respect the resort's quiet hours after 10:30 PM.
We are closely monitoring Thailand travel advisories for the safety of our guests. Currently, Thailand is under a Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution advisory in areas along the Thai/Cambodian border due to continuing armed conflict and civil unrest. As Phang Nga/Phuket is over 608mi (980km) from the border conflict, we are able to safely proceed with our wedding events. For more information about this, visit the Thailand international travel advisory page via Travel.State.Gov.
