July average temperatures range from 58 to 72 degrees. Bring a sweater or jacket just incase.

When should I buy my flights, reserve a rental car, make hotel or Air BNB reservations?

All of these should be done as soon as possible. July is the busiest time of year in Anchorage and surrounding areas. The longer you wait the costs usually go up and options become scarce.
