Yes, the resort has free self-parking for all guests. Valet is also an option at the lobby if that is preferred. For those just joining us for the evening, we recommend parking on the West side of the resort by the Athletic Center & Spa (also West of the waterpark). It will be a little walk to the ceremony (by the lobby), but this will allow for an easier exit at the end of the night! We encourage anyone planning to enjoy the open bar to use a rideshare service.
We recommend arriving between 4:30-4:45pm to give yourself time to arrive at the ceremony location, especially since it is a very large property. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm and we will not be able to allow entry to the ceremony space once it has begun.
The ceremony will be taking place on the Golf Island Green, right outside the lobby of the Arizona Grand Resort. There will be signage throughout the property to guide you there!
The reception is also taking place at the resort and is just a short walk away from the ceremony. There will be signs, as well as staff, to help direct you there. Cocktail hour will start immediately following the ceremony on the Vista patio, then will be followed by dinner and dancing in the same location.
There sure will! Our reception ends at 11pm, but we plan to keep the party going in the lobby bar afterwards, which has agreed to stay open late for our party-loving crew. So if you're up to it, please join the fun!
The ceremony and cocktail hour are both taking place outside, but for dinner and dancing we will move inside. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass - so choose your footwear accordingly!
We love your children, but due to size limitations of our venue, our ceremony and reception will be adults only. Thank you for understanding!

We kindly ask that you let us know if you are able to attend or not no later than March 3, 2025. If do not hear from you by this date, we will assume that you are sadly unable to join us.
