If you want to explore the Poudre Canyon, there a several convenient hikes - Young Gulch, Grey Rock, and Dadd Gulch. We also highly recommend checking out the Mishawaka, a riverside bar & grill, on your way out. If you want something closer to town, there are still plenty of options. Horsetooth Rock, Arthur's Rock, and Lory meadows are 3 that come to mind.
Fort Collins has a top notch craft beer scene. Go check out some of our favorite local breweries - Odell, Equinox, Snowbank, Horse and Dragon, Funkwerks, and that's just a few of them! There are also some great tap rooms like the Forge Pub, Choice City, and Tap and Handle.
If you want to bike through the city, hop on Poudre River Trail, Spring Creek Trail, or Maxwell Trail. If you want to try mountain biking, there are infinite trails around Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park. Check out Gearage Outdoor Sports for mountain bike or city bike rentals. Otherwise, there are rental bikes scattered throughout town that charge an hourly rate.
One of our favorite pastimes here in Fort Collins. Close to town, we have Rotary Park, the Piano Keys, Duncan's Ridge, and Lory State Park. If you're up for it, we highly recommend getting out into Poudre Canyon and exploring. If you need gear, you can rent from local climbing gyms, REI, or our garage. Or go check out Miramont's indoor climbing gym where Isaac and I met!
