We have an update to the shuttle schedule: we'll be moving our shuttle departure ahead from 3:15PM to 3:00PM to make sure that our wedding ceremony starts promptly at 4PM. - If you are driving straight to Hartman's Herb Farm, this change doesn't impact you at all! Try to show up by 3:45PM for the ceremony. - If you're checking into the hotel on Friday April 26th, or you're a Massachusetts local friend who's taking the shuttle, make sure you're ready to hop on the shuttle by 3:00 PM rather than 3:15 PM! - If you're planning on checking in to the hotel on Saturday April 27th and taking the shuttle to our ceremony, please remember that hotel check-in isn't guaranteed until 3PM. There's a good chance rooms will be ready for check-in before 3PM, but it depends on day-of factors at the hotel outside of our control. Any luggage can be held at the front desk, but it may not be possible to get ready in a hotel room before the shuttle leaves. - We've already connected with folks in our reservation block that are affected by this, but if we missed you and you need help figuring this out, just reach out, we would love to help! :) - The shuttles will still be departing the venue at 10:00PM as scheduled. Travel Note
There are also multiple AirBNB, VRBO, and traditional B&B locations in the area around our venue, including The Jenkins Inn, which is an 8 minute drive from Hartman's Herb Farm. Availability at The Jenkins Inn is limited, so we recommend booking as soon as possible if you'd like to reserve a room; click View below to visit their website.
Travel Note
To get to Worcester from Logan Airport, take the Silver Line (for free!) from the airport to South Station. From there, take the MBTA Commuter Rail on the Worcester line to the last stop, aptly named Worcester (or Union Station). From there, our hotel block is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride away! If you're taking an Amtrak into Boston, your final stop will either be South Station or Back Bay. Both stations are on the Worcester Line of the MBTA Commuter Rail! Just like above, take the Worcester Line all the way to the final stop called Worcester (or Union Station), then our hotel block is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride away. If you're driving, feel free to either drive straight to our Worcester hotel blocks and take our shuttle to the venue on the day of the wedding, or drive straight to Hartman's Herb Farm.
