The Day We Met.
Our lives would never be the same.
Rhode Island. June 28th. Apollonia flew in from California, Orel from DC. It was her fourth conference, his first — and of course they would meet on the first day, within the first hour of the 2018 CODA Conference. Apollonia was sat at a bar (are we surprised?) chat chat chatting away, and Orel walked up to the bar (are we surprised?) to kill some time before he could check in to his room. Orel sat next to Gio (Apollonia's brother. Who literally never talks to anyone..) and they hit it off. Apollonia thought Orel must've been a close friend of Gio's (because, again, he no talkie) and as soon as they made eye contact, their lives would never be the same. And.. well, now y'all are coming to our wedding!
