Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

On or before May 22nd, 2026

Question

When should I arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5:00pm central standard time. We suggest you begin to arrive at 4:30pm to ensure everyone is comfortably seated by the time the ceremony is scheduled to begin.

Question

What does "Black-tie optional" attire mean?

Answer

Ladies, wear your brightest floor-length colors, florals, flowy, light fabrics. The reception space is on a lawn, but we will have plastic grass protectors for your heels! Gentlemen, wear your favorite summer suits or tuxedos. We want you all to be able to dance the night away comfortably!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place inside Seaside Chapel, and there will be plenty of seats for all of our guests inside; however, there are seats outside the chapel with televisions if you would prefer to sit outside we are happy to accommodate you. The cocktail hour and reception will take place outside at Lyceum Lawn, so ladies choose your shoes wisely!

Question

Where is the best place to park?

Answer

Wedding guests may park around the Lyceum Lawn/ Seaside Neighborhood School (Cocktail Hour and Reception area) and walk 0.2 miles to The Chapel at Seaside for the wedding ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Your invitation will specify whether you have a plus-one - please check when you RSVP. If your significant other wants to come to the beach for the weekend, they are more than welcome to join us for beach days - we just ask that they stay home, go to beach, or play golf during the wedding ceremony and reception as both spaces have a limited capacity. We really appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

If children are listed on the save the date and invitations they are welcome, otherwise we ask that they stay home during the wedding ceremony and reception. If you know True, you know she loves kids, so she would love to welcome them and play with them on the beach at other times throughout the weekend!
