Bus departs the Homewood Suites at 3:45; Howard Johnson at 3:45; Courtyard Marriott at 4:00; and Comfort Inn at 4:00. There will also be buses departing the venue at 9:30 and 10:45 to bring everyone back to the Homewood, Howard Johnson, Courtyard Marriott and Comfort Inn.

Bradley (in Hartford, CT) is the closest (under an hour from the venue) airport to fly in and out of, but Logan International in Boston is also an option (about a two-hour drive from the venue).
