Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We kindly request that guests wear formal attire and invite you to dress in our wedding color palette. The colors we have chosen are inspired by stunning sunsets and golden hour moments. Ladies, think mid to floor length dresses in bright sunset hues, dreamy fabrics, and patterns that capture the essence of an early summer evening. Gentlemen, come dressed in your most dapper suit and tie. Don’t shy away from accessorizing with pops of floral and plaid in your ties, pocket squares, or socks. Linen and cotton suits are your best friend for a balmy date in late May. Please kindly avoid dark colors and colors traditionally worn by the bride like whites, creams, or ivories. None of this is a requirement (minus the white!) and of course we want everyone to be comfortable enough to dance the night away! If anyone needs further inspiration, we have attached a couple Pinterest boards below! https://pin.it/5aC8WVktQ https://pin.it/1A1cMj4fL

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Of course! There will be an open bar all night. We ask that you please be patient and respect our service staff throughout the night and please drink responsibly.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Your invite will be made out to “(Your name) & Guest if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent during the ceremony. We hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we’d hate to have a person’s phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your children, we have decided to keep both the ceremony and reception an adults only event. We hope that parents can take the night as an opportunity to have a date night with one another and let their hair down! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

I still have questions, what do I do?

Answer

If you still have questions that have not been answered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Bride or the Bride’s mother Robin (518-578-6449).We would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

For all the days along the way
