Invitations go out mid May. When you receive yours, your RSVP will include questions about dietary restrictions, accommodations, and your guests. Thanks for bearing with us!
Garden party formal attire is encouraged; colorful and comfortable! The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception indoors. August temperatures in Poulsbo typically range from 60–75°F.
We truly don't expect anything, but if you'd like to give a gift, our Registry tab has everything you need. Any contribution is so appreciated.
As space is limited, this invitation is reserved for the named guests only. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name will appear alongside yours upon RSVP.
Yes, we’d love to have your little ones join us! We kindly ask that parents keep a close eye on their children throughout the event, as the venue is located right by the water.
Kiana Lodge is nestled in the forests of Poulsbo, WA, and is best reached by car. From Seattle, the most popular route is the ferry to Bainbridge Island — a 35-minute crossing — followed by a 20-minute drive to the venue. For those driving, the route through Tacoma and Bremerton is a beautiful and easy alternative. For those planning to arrive via Uber or taxi, we recommend making reservations ahead of time to ensure timely arrival.
Yes, Kiana Lodge has a spacious parking lot that can accommodate over 100 vehicles.
We ask that guests arrive at 3:30pm to be seated for the ceremony shortly after. The celebrations will end at 10:00pm.
