What is the dress code for the wedding events?

Answer

A: We encourage guests to wear Indian attire to embrace the festive spirit. Ladies can opt for sarees, lehengas, anarkali suits, or elegant salwar suits with vibrant colors and traditional embellishments. For those who prefer Western attire, dresses or gowns in formal or semi-formal styles are also a great choice. Gentlemen can wear kurtas or sherwanis and Western options like suits or tuxedos are equally appropriate as well. Feel free to choose outfits that reflect the joyous celebration!

Is there a designated hotel for wedding guests?

Answer

The Delevan hotel is located at 6461 Transit Rd, Buffalo, NY 14043. This will serve as the main hotel for our wedding guests. All the events will be taking place here at the Venetian Ballroom. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. We recommend contacting the hotel directly to make arrangements. We also recommend booking early as rooms are limited.

Yes, in addition to our designated hotel, we have several rooms under the wedding block at the Garden Place Hotel located approximately 3-5 minutes/0.8 miles from the venue, offering the hotel shuttle when/if needed, situated at 6615 Transit Road Buffalo, NY 14221. Others hotels nearby the Delevan are: -The Mosey Buffalo Williamsville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton: Located at 5195 Main Street, this boutique hotel is approximately 3.5 miles away. -Hampton Inn Buffalo-Williamsville: Situated at 5455 Main Street, this hotel offers comfortable rooms and is about 3.2 miles away. -Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport: Located at 48 Freeman Road, this modern hotel is approximately 2.5 miles away.

Are there wedding blocks at both the hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have wedding blocks reserved at both hotels for your convenience. The Delavan Hotel is the main hotel where all the wedding events will take place, so we encourage you to make your reservation there if possible. However, if you prefer, you can choose to stay at the nearby The Garden Place Hotel, which is just minutes away and also has a wedding block available. Rooms are available at both hotels even if the blocks are full, so feel free to make your reservation at whichever location best suits your needs.
