We're getting married!

Both attending WSU, we were introduced by our best friends. On a weekend trip to Las Vegas, our two friend groups met up the first night at The Hakkasan Nightclub and from that night on, it was obvious what we had was special. Fast forward only one month when Troy asked me to be his girlfriend on October 4th, 2017. Our first date was at The Coug in Pullman - we played Jenga while taking gladiator shots... not much has changed.

Troy sat me down one night and said "I planned us a surprise trip, you need to take a couple days off work" and I said, "Omg how can you plan something without me knowing this is incredibly stressful", but I decided to go anyway. We spent a couple wonderful days in Vegas together reminiscing on that weekend we first met and on Thursday night he said "The Uber is here to take us to dinner" but it was no Uber... it was a limo. The limo drove us deep into the desert to a lookout at sunset, we walked up to a gorgeous view and a set up of rose petals. It was what I would consider the perfect moment (Troy is the master at executing perfect surprises) and he TOOK A KNEE to say "Will you marry me?". I said yes and we went to get some of the best sushi we have ever had. But wait, there's more... Just when I thought the surprises were over, we showed up to a nice restaurant and when we entered the event space, there to surprise me were 20 of our very best friends waiting to celebrate our special day with us. Queue the worlds most epic engagement party! We couldn't have asked for a better weekend to kick off this next chapter of our lives.
