Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 as the ceremony will start AT 4:00pm.

Can I take pictures with my cellphone?

Answer

During the ceremony, phones will not be permitted as we would like to be unplugged and let our photographer get those special moments for us. At the reception feel free to snap pics throughout the night! We will have a shared album QR code around the venue where you can scan and share photos with us. Please be mindful of the photographer once phones are permitted.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is western semi formal. Our color scheme ranges from rust and terracotta oranges to sage and forest greens. Please feel free to ask Troy or Jaime for more details on this. Please no white, ivory, champagne or beige for the ladies.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot right next to the venue. Please follow any signage up directing parking.

Is this event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have the ceremony outdoors weather permitting and the reception inside. This will all be at the same location. If the weather is not cooperating we will do everything inside.
