Question
What dates do I need to travel?
Answer
We are asking everyone to fly to MT on Thursday, July 31. The AirBnb is rented until Sunday, August 3 at 10am. Guests are welcome to stay longer but will need to book their own accommodations.

How will we get around?
Answer
We will be renting a vehicle, as well as two other parties from our group. Wedding day we will take three vehicles into the park to the ceremony, park at Lake McDonald Lodge, and then take a private red bus tour through the park.

What will the ceremony location be like?
Answer
The ceremony will take place along the shoreline of Lake McDonald at Ryan Beach. No hiking is required to get to the location. It is a very informal location - no chairs, decorations, etc.

What should I wear?
Answer
Rachel will be wearing a wedding dress and Jeff will be wearing a suit. Women should wear solid pastel dresses, guys should wear suits. Plan shoes accordingly, we will be wearing hiking boots :) You will have an opportunity to change at Lake McDonald Lodge, but please change back for dinner.

What will the day look like?
Answer
We will start our day getting ready at the AirBnb and make our way over to the ceremony location. The ceremony will take place along the shoreline of Lake McDonald at Ryan Beach. After the ceremony, we will drive to Lake McDonald Lodge and take a private red bus tour to Logan Pass and back. Rachel & Jeff will be getting off at Logan Pass and do a private picnic lunch hike. Everyone else will stay on the bus and go back to Lake McDonald Lodge. There will be two hours to change and eat lunch. We booked a boat tour for all guests from 3:00-4:00pm while we hike, check-in is at 2:30pm. After the hike/boat tour, we will drive back to the AirBnb and have approx. 1 hour to relax and change back into formal attire. We will be eating a private chef dinner outside on the deck at 6:00pm
