The ceremony begins at 2:00. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to grab your seats.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at both the ceremony and the reception.
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at TownePlace Suites.
Yes, there will be shuttles that run to and from TownePlace Suites. The bus will leave from the hotel at 1:15 PM to head to the ceremony. After the ceremony, the bus will take guests from the church to the farm for the reception. At the end of the night, the bus will make 2 trips back to the hotel at 10:30, and 12:00 PM.
Cocktail attire, please! For the men, think suits or dressy separates. For the ladies, think knee length or midi dresses. Fun colors and patterns are welcome! Don’t forget field-friendly shoes—thick heels, wedges, or flats—so you can dance the night away.
To ensure an accurate headcount and comfortable celebration, all invited guests will be listed by name on the invitation envelope. We can’t wait to celebrate with each of you—just make sure your name is on the list so we can save you a spot on the dance floor!
