What is the Dress code?

Answer

For Men the dress code is semi-formal, hawaiian shirts are encouraged. For women, summer dresses, Jumpers/Rompers, and semi formal wear as well. For all please no Jeans, Sneakers, tank-tops and shorts.

What is for dinner?

Answer

The dinner menu is buffet style, for our main course we have: -English cut Prime Rib w/ Horseradish and ajus -Pan Seared Chicken w/ spinach and tomato, and white wine sauce -Kahlua pulled Pork w/ pineapple Shredded cabbage salad. For sides we have: -Hawaiian rolls -Penne ala vodka w/ Grated cheese and Pepper flakes -Caesar salad w/ Croutons, Grated Parm, and Creamy Caesar Dressing -Seasonal Roasted Vegetables w/ Thyme, Olive oil, and Lemon -Roasted Baby White Potato's
