When is the RSVP deadline?

Please send your RSVP by 8/15/2025! The easiest way to do this is right here on the website under the RSVP tab.

Question

Will I be able to bring a plus one?

Answer

Though we appreciate the willingness to bring more people to celebrate with us, only those individuals with a marked plus one on their invitations will be accounted for.

Question

Is this a child friendly wedding?

Answer

We love all our friends and family’s children very much and have taken care to invite families to our special day. Of course if you would rather have an adults night out that call is up to you! Your invite will specify who in your family is accounted for.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The Chesapeake Bay Beach club is a beautiful venue! We want our guests looking the best and making some memories! Please dress in formal wear (men should have ties, jacket or vest optional) The only color we ask you to avoid is white, you know why you're here!

What is parking like at your venue?

Answer

The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has a parking lot right outside the venue.

Is there a shuttle service for any of the hotels listed?

Answer

Chesapeake Charter shuttle service will be offered from the hotel lobby of the Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Best Western and Hilton Hotels. Signs specific to the Chatkin-Troncale wedding will be on the window. Pick up at 3:30-3:40 pm from the Hilton and best western Pick up at 3:45-3:55 pm for Hyatt and Holiday Inn *there is only 1 bus to catch so please be in the lobby on time Return shuttle picks up from the venue at 11pm for all hotels

Is your venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are covered indoor spaces with cocktail hour having both an indoor and outdoor option weather permitting.
