The ceremony is in Springfield, MA at our church Sacred Heart at 1pm, once the ceremony is done there will be some time between the ceremony and the reception to allow for travel (please allow at least a hour for travel as the reception at The Raymond Family Farm is 1 hr away) The time between the ceremony and the reception allows time for our guests to check in at Avon Old Farms Hotel (IF) you decide to stay over night. We have booked shuttle services for those of our guests staying at Avon Old Farms Hotel which will provide transportation to and from Avon Old Farms Hotel and the reception at The Raymond Family Farm. Pick up time for shuttle services will be added once we finalize details. Please note: If you do not want to stay at Avon Old Farms Hotel, there is another hotel about 5 minutes away from Avon Old Farms Hotel and about 20 minutes from The Raymond Family Farm (venue) There will not be a room block available, its based on Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Avon rates for the night and there will not be shuttling from Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Avon.
