We’re Getting Married!

In September of 2019, Troi and Trevor met briefly at a bar- neither of them knew just how much that moment would change everything. Soon after, Troi invited him out to the Renaissance Festival campgrounds with her family, where amidst the costumes, campfires, and chaos, their love truly blossomed. What began as a fleeting encounter turned into deep conversations, shared laughter, and unforgettable weekends under the stars. After just six whirlwind months of dating, Troi and Trevor took a leap of faith and moved into their first apartment together in the Heights, a charming and eclectic neighborhood in Houston, Texas. That cozy space became the foundation of their shared life, filled with love, laughter, and countless memories during the year they called it home.

Then, a new adventure beckoned when Trevor’s job led them to relocate to New Mexico. Barely unpacked and still adjusting to the desert vistas, they were overjoyed to discover—only weeks after arriving—that they were expecting their daughter! From their spontaneous Houston beginnings to the life-changing surprise in New Mexico, their journey together has been nothing short of extraordinary.

When their daughter, Iris, was just 9 months old, life threw them a delightful curveball—they found out they were expecting their second little girl! It all started with a hunch, a quick test, and a mix of shock and laughter as those two pink lines appeared. Their cozy world of late-night feedings and tiny giggles was about to get even busier, and they couldn’t have been more thrilled. The idea of their daughters growing up so close in age—sisters, best friends, and partners-in-crime—filled their hearts with joy.

A year ago, they packed up their lives and moved their little family to Austin, Texas—and it’s been the best decision they ever made. Since settling into the vibrant city, their family has truly thrived, soaking up the sunshine, friendly vibes, and endless adventures. Their daughters, now growing like wildflowers, have blossomed into the sweetest little souls, filling their days with laughter and love. Trevor proposed on their five-year anniversary amidst the breathtaking beauty of Zilker Botanical Garden, a moment so perfect it felt like a dream. From there, the rest is history—a beautiful, chaotic, love-filled history they're writing together in their new home.
