Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on the invitation in order to RSVP.
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration - other than the children in the wedding party. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
The dress code for the wedding is formal attire. We ask that guests wear a suit and tie or dresses (cocktail dress to evening wear). Please refrain from white, ivory, cream, or champagne-colored dresses and light-colored suits.

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm, so please arrive by 4:45 pm.
Yes, there is plenty of complementary parking at the venue. Once you enter through the Bavaria Downs gates, you will see signs directing you towards the parking lot on the lefthand side for Woodland Glasshaus. The parking lot is semi-shared with Equestria West. There is an archway labeled "Woodland Glashaus" directing you on the path to our venue. There will also be shuttles departing from the two recommended hotels (see travel tab).
Ubers should be available leaving from any of the hotels listed, however it is unlikely that they will be available to pick you up from the venue at night. We would recommend having a pre-arranged ride home (own vehicle, another guest, or complementary shuttle).
Shuttle schedule will be finalized closer to the wedding date. Sign-up for shuttles will be sent to all guests so we make sure we accommodate all who will need a ride!
We ask that you refrain from using your cell phones during the ceremony, as we will have a photographer taking plenty of pictures. We encourage photos during our reception!
