Welcome BBQ & Campfire

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Casual (with warm layers as the Bonfire will be outside!)

We'll be hosting dinner for everyone traveling in - come say hello! The BBQ will be indoors. We'll have a delicious buffet set up, with options to accommodate all food restrictions and allergies. At 9pm, we'll get a bonfire going for anyone adventurous to be outside! Drinks on us until 8pm, then there will be a cash bar throughout the evening. (Credit cards & tap to pay will also be accepted.) Please note: There will be no shuttle service for this event. There are local car service recommendations on the travel & accommodations tab if you'd like to go that route. We suggest booking it in advance if so!

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Attire: Formal

Prior to the ceremony, there will be a coffee & tea truck on site to fuel us all up for the evening. The Coffee truck will be on site starting from 1:00pm until the ceremony begins! The ceremony will take place indoors. Please arrive by 3:30pm so we can start the ceremony on time. (The producer in me thanks you -Kyle) Please note: Shuttle Service will be provided for those staying at Emerson Resort & Spa, The Howland House and Cold Spring Lodge & Cabins and Urban Cowboy. There will be 2 pick ups departing from hotel to venue: 1:45 & 2:45pm - Howland House 1:50 & 2:50pm - Emerson Resorts 2:15 & 3:15pm - Cold Spring Cabins & Lodge 2:25 & 3:25pm - Urban Cowboy *Arrivals at Full Moon Resort are 2:30 & 3:30pm There are local car service recommendations on the travel & accommodations tab if you'd like to go that route. Farewell Breakfast

8:30 am - 10:30 am

Attire: Comfy

Before hitting the road, there will be a buffet provided by Full Moon Resort. For on site guests, this is included in your stay. For off site guests, you will need to contact Full Moon Resort to pre purchase the meal. The buffet costs $27.78 per adult, taxes included. Full Moon's phone number is (845) 254-5117.
