We had first met 10 years ago at La Sierra University. We were in the same Anatomy and Physiology lab group. I wouldn’t say we had instant connection. Tritia was a little shyer, but a friendship definitely started to grow. Through time, we became really good friends. We studied and went to the gym together all the time. After a few months of hanging out with her, I started to realize that she had many of the qualities I look for in a woman. I decided I wanted to take things to the next level and so I had asked her out. We ended up dating for a few months, but unfortunately it didn’t work out at that time. Fast forward a few years to 2013. Tritia had finished nursing school and was already working as a nurse. I was still in school at PUC. I reached out to her because her cousin had gotten sick and I wanted her to know she had someone to talk to if she ever needed it. Little did I know this would be the start of something that would last forever. We ended up talking for hours at a time. Tritia worked nights and so some nights I would actually stay up and text her all night long so she could stay awake. We then started to hang out when I would come down from school for vacation. Things started to get serious and we decided to give this relationship a second chance. Here we are, 4 years later and we are planning for the rest of our lives together. I couldn’t ask for a better person to spend the rest of my life with.

I don't remember the exact moment I first met Timothy. He says it was in A&P lab (during our Freshman year at La Sierra University). Sounds like he could be right, so I'll go along with it.. what I know for sure was we got along instantly. We became really great friends. We had so many common interests! We played basketball, went to the gym, we loved playing games, especially escape on the computer.. plus he'd get me free food from the cafeteria:) Timothy and I talked about pretty much anything and everything together, and it just felt natural. I was so focused with school, that I was at the library everyday until very late at night. Timothy would come to the library too, not to study, but to watch movies on his computer while accompanying me as I studied. Then after, he'd walk me to my car. After about a year, I think we realized we liked each other! Then I was accepted to Loma Linda University's School of Nursing. At that time, I chose to prioritize school and family over boys.. so I set my feelings aside. Three years later, he came back into my life.. and those feeling that were set aside.. they came back. We decided to give it another shot. Four years later.. we're here<3
