Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

The RSVP deadline is June 25th, 2025. You may RSVP on the Home page or RSVP page of our website!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM on Saturday, September 27th. If you're taking the shuttle: It will depart at 3:30 PM from the Drift Hotel (10 Interstate Dr, Nashville, TN 37213), so please be there a few minutes early to ensure an on-time departure. If you're driving yourself or using rideshare: We recommend arriving at the venue by 4:15 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We’ve arranged a shuttle to take guests from the Drift Hotel to the wedding venue so you can relax and enjoy the day with us. The shuttle will depart promptly at 3:30 PM from the hotel parking lot. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. After the celebration ends at 9 PM, a return shuttle will be ready to bring you back to the original pickup location at the Drift Hotel (10 Interstate Dr, Nashville, TN 37213).

Who’s invited? (Kids, plus ones, etc.)

Answer

We’re keeping things intimate, so the guest list is limited to those named or marked "Guest" on your invitation. While we love your kiddos and your favorite people, the celebration will be adults-only. If you have any questions about your invitation, feel free to ask!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors. We recommend bringing a light layer just in case the weather cools down in the evening.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! A block of rooms for 9/26 - 9/28 has been reserved at the Drift Hotel located at 10 Interstate Dr, Nashville, TN 37213. We recommend booking early, as availability is limited!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s a gravel lot with plenty of parking available directly on the property. It’s just a short and easy walk to both the ceremony and reception areas.
