The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.
We’ve thoughtfully planned our guest list and included the names of all invited guests in our RSVP system. If you don’t see an additional name when you RSVP, then you are unable to add a plus one.
We would love to see our friends and family dressed in their best for our big day! Think elevated western attire — long or midi dresses paired with heels or boots for the ladies, and nice jeans or dress pants with button-downs or sport coats for the gentlemen, finished with boots or dress shoes. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing sage green, as this color is reserved for our wedding party. The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outdoors. The reception will be take place indoors. Please note that Ellensburg can be warmer and windy in June so plan accordingly!
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and away. We want you to be fully present with us when we say I do. We have multiple professionals that will be there capturing this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony you may take as many photos and videos as you'd like, we will even have a QR code for everyone to share their point of views!
We kindly ask for an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in our immediate family and wedding party.
Yes! Guests will park in the field next to the barn—signage will be available upon arrival.
