FAQs

The Wedding Website of Tristin Rupp and Jeff Heiser
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

10-15 minutes beforehand would be great!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal to formal, please. Tuxedos and gowns are not necessary. Suits, ties, and cocktail dresses would be great. :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation said plus one, then yes, but otherwise please no surprise guests.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No kiddos for this one, except for Tristin's Niece & Nephew who are in the wedding. Thanks for understanding. :)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see Travel page.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be doing our best to have a vegan option and a gluten-free option. If you have any other allergies or dietary concerns please let us know ahead of time.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Valet parking is available at the hotel and there are parking garages and lots nearby, but parking is LIMITED. We strongly encourage carpooling, or taking an Uber/Lyft/Taxi.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know, or at least 3 months before the wedding date (04.22.23).

Question

Are you registered anywhere for gifts?

Answer

Your presence is your present. We are not doing a gift registry, but feel free to bring us a card and/or a meaningful gift, if you'd like.

Question

Will there be live music?

Answer

We only added this question just so we could brag about hiring The Afterparty Band (yes, our band) to play for our reception. Will Jeff and I get up and perform at some point? You'll have to stick around to find out! ;-)
