It all started with a little neighborhood matchmaking. Our mothers—ever the romantics—met that same day and immediately started scheming to get their children together. What began as showing Katelyn’s social media to Tristin led to one Instagram message that sparked the forever love they’d both been praying for.
From that day on, what started with a (probably not-so-gentle) nudge from their families turned into something truly special. What started as a near miss became perfect timing—and from that moment on, their story began to unfold.
June 17th, 2023: Somewhere on a quiet gravel road between Crete and Lincoln, our relationship became official. That night under the stars became the first chapter in a story that’s only gotten better since.
