We have included an invitation for both events in your envelope for transparency, but note that only those who are invited will have the option to RSVP. We will have a public ceremony with all of our family & friends on Feb 18th with a formal reception to follow. If you have questions regarding this, please email us at karrickwoodswedding@gmail.com

Yes! We totally get that babysitters are expensive. Only requirement, they know how to get down on the dance floor! 💃
No! We completely understand that not everyone has the financial ability to contribute. You are not required to purchase anything off the registry or get us a gift at all! The biggest gift we could ask for is being surrounded by our loved ones on our wedding day!
We know that we are taking a chance with having a wedding in February. We ask our guests to choose their safety over the event. We will be recording the ceremony for those who are unable to attend. In the off-chance that we are not able to proceed with any aspect of the event, we will postpone to a future date. At this time, we are praying for a beautiful 70-degree day.
First of all, we want to extend a HUGE thank you for planning to travel from states away to be with us on our special day! Decatur is central to many airports which gives you several options for travel budgeting. Decatur Airport is serviced by SkyWest with limited connections from Chicago O'Hare. St. Louis Lambert is about a 2 hour drive and Chicago Midway and O'Hare are roughly a 3 hour drive to Decatur. Both cities provide ample options for nonstop cross-country flights.
